What NOC outsourcing means with TechSupport One
A network operations center (NOC) is the team that watches your networks and servers, notices when something goes wrong and acts before users feel it. Many small and mid-sized businesses and MSPs cannot staff that watch around the clock in-house. NOC outsourcing hands it to a team that already works 24/7.
TechSupport One is the international brand of TechSupport.Ph, Inc., an IT company in the Philippines since 2002. Network and server management is part of our core managed IT work, and our team works 24/7. We put those two together: a covered seat that watches your environment in your tools, responds to alerts and escalates the way you tell us to.
We are an IT company, not a call center. Behind every seat there is a team lead, backup staff and engineers.
Who it is for
- SMBs without overnight IT cover whose networks and servers need someone watching outside office hours.
- Companies with a small internal IT team that want alerts handled overnight and on weekends instead of waking people up.
- MSPs that need after-hours or overflow NOC capacity, delivered white-label under their brand.
- Multi-site businesses with offices or stores in the Philippines that also need onsite support.
What is included
- Network and server monitoring: watching the networks and servers your business depends on, in your monitoring tools.
- Alert triage: acknowledging alerts, checking what is real and what is noise, and logging tickets in your system.
- First response: working through your runbooks for issues within the agreed scope.
- Escalation to engineers: issues that need deeper work go to our engineers or to your own team, following your escalation rules.
- VPN, mail and web server support: part of our managed IT scope when you need it.
- Hand-off to the helpdesk: user-facing issues go to our outsourced help desk when you have one with us.
We agree the exact scope, the systems we watch and the escalation paths with you before we start. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately first.
How it works
You choose the coverage. Start with one seat on one 8-hour shift, such as the hours when your own team is offline, or cover a seat 24/7.
We cover the seat, not one person. Each seat is covered by our team across shifts, absences and turnover. You should not expect the same person on every shift. If someone leaves, we replace them. A company does not resign.
In your tools. We work in your monitoring, ticketing and remote tools under your own access controls. Reporting runs through your existing systems where possible.
Direct access to engineers. When an alert needs deeper work, it reaches our engineers directly rather than another queue.

Frequently asked questions
What is NOC outsourcing?
NOC outsourcing means handing the watch over your networks and servers to an outside team. With TechSupport One, our team watches your environment in your monitoring and ticketing tools, responds to alerts, fixes what is in scope and escalates the rest the way you define.
Is your NOC coverage really 24/7?
Yes. Our team works 24/7. You can cover one seat on one 8-hour shift, for example your overnight hours, or one seat covered 24/7, every hour of every day.
How much does NOC outsourcing cost?
One seat on one 8-hour shift is US$999 per month and one seat covered 24/7 is US$3,999 per month, excluding VAT. The minimum term is 3 months, paid in advance.
Do you use our monitoring tools or your own?
We work inside your monitoring, ticketing and remote tools and follow your runbooks and escalation rules, so alerts, tickets and history stay in your systems.
Can MSPs use your NOC white-label?
Yes. We can watch your clients' networks under your brand, in your tools, as after-hours or overflow cover.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign NDAs before onboarding, work within your access controls and comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
